I am firm in my belief that our city employees are the foundation of our community. Their unwavering dedication keeps our city functioning, and they deserve nothing less than our unwavering respect and support.

As a council member, I will make it my top priority to address the needs of our city employees to ensure they have the resources and backing necessary to thrive in their roles. I will not tolerate a toxic work environment under my watch, and I will address every issue that comes to my attention by taking it directly to the Mayor and City Council.

The traditional chain of command has failed our employees, and it's high time for the city council to demonstrate the courage to stand up for our hardworking employees. Their well-being and satisfaction are essential to the success of our community, and I am committed to advocating for them in every way possible.
